You can cancel an active subscription from the Account page.

Open: https://admin.simplify-access.com/account

The Subscriptions card in the middle of the page lists your active plan and any separately purchased Additional Domains.

Cancel the subscription

  1. Locate the subscription you want to cancel.

  2. Select the red trash can icon.

  3. The button changes to Are You Sure?

  4. Select it a second time to confirm the cancellation.

The second action prevents accidental deletion.

Before confirming

Cancelling the main subscription removes access to features that require an active plan.

Depending on the subscription, this may include:

  • Accessibility audits and monitoring

  • Accessibility reports

  • Plain and Simplified Language workflows

  • Video transcription

  • Other paid platform features

The accessibility widget and related controller functionality may also be affected when they depend on the cancelled subscription.

Review the subscription carefully before confirming, especially when the account contains multiple subscriptions or Additional Domains.

Additional Domain subscriptions

Additional Domains are listed separately beneath the main subscription.

To cancel an Additional Domain subscription, use the trash can icon beside that specific entry. Cancelling one Additional Domain does not automatically cancel the other listed subscriptions.

Existing invoices

Invoices that were already generated remain available in your account after the subscription is cancelled.

You can continue to access them from the Payment History card on the Account page.

After cancellation

Once the cancellation has been processed, check the Subscriptions card to confirm that the plan is no longer shown as active.

A new subscription can be purchased later when access to the paid features is required again.
