Page Structure provides an overview of supported visible headings and paragraphs on the current page. Selecting an entry helps locate the corresponding content on the website.

It can be useful on a long page when you want to find a section without scrolling through the entire layout.

Open the overview

  1. Open the widget.
  2. Expand Helper.
  3. Select Page-Structure.
  4. Browse the entries shown in the panel.

The overview displays a short text preview for each included element. It may also show labels such as h1, h2, or p. These indicate a heading level or paragraph in the page structure.

Select an entry

Choose an entry to scroll the original page toward the corresponding element and briefly highlight it. Close the overview when you want more room to read that area.

For example, on a long service page, choose the entry beginning “Required documents” to locate that explanation. A truncated preview is only a navigation aid; read the full text on the page.

What the overview includes

The current tool lists visible, non-empty headings and paragraphs. It is not a complete list of every link, form control, image, or section on the website.

Because paragraphs are included, the overview may be more detailed than a conventional table of contents. The quality of the result depends on how the website's content is structured.

Collapsed content may need to be opened on the original page before it can appear. An entry also needs a corresponding page element that the widget can locate for the jump to work.

Page Structure and Simplified Page

Page Structure helps you find a location in the original page. Simplified Page provides a separate reduced-layout reading view.

Use Page Structure when you want to reach a specific passage or continue interacting with the original website. Use Simplified Page when you want to read extracted content with less surrounding layout.

If an entry is missing or does not jump

Wait for the website to finish loading, open any relevant collapsed content, and reopen the overview. If the page has changed substantially, use its own navigation or search to find the passage.

Website owners should check that important content uses appropriate headings and paragraphs. The overview reflects the existing structure; it does not rewrite that structure.

See Reading in Simplified Page View and Navigating with Voice Commands for other ways to reach and read content.
