After publishing the embed script, verify the installation on the live website and in the SimplifyAccess dashboard.

Check the widget on the website

Open a page on the configured public domain.

Confirm that:

  • The widget button appears.

  • The widget panel opens.

  • The expected settings and tools are available.

  • The widget uses the configured appearance and position.

Test more than one page when the script was added to a shared template.

Check the controller connection

Return to SimplifyAccess and open the dashboard for the same controller.

Review the Widget & Controller card and confirm that:

  • The controller is active.

  • The widget is connected.

  • The detected domain matches the configured domain.

The status may take a short time to update after the first successful page load.

Check the correct website configuration

When managing multiple controllers, compare the live widget with the settings of the selected controller.

If the wrong configuration appears, the website may be using an embed code copied from another controller.

If the widget is not detected

Check the following:

  • The website change was published.

  • The script appears in the live page source.

  • The complete generated embed code was used.

  • The domain matches the controller configuration.

  • The script is not blocked by a Content Security Policy or another security rule.

Ask the website developer or technical team to review the implementation when the script is present but does not load.

Installation complete

The installation is complete when the widget loads on the intended pages and the dashboard reports the correct controller and domain connection.
