You can permanently delete your SimplifyAccess account from the Account page.

Open: https://admin.simplify-access.com/account

Find the account deletion action

  1. Open the Account card.
  2. Expand the Security section.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Select the button a second time to confirm the action.

The second selection helps prevent accidental account deletion.

Before deleting your account

Account deletion is final and cannot be reversed.

Deleting the account removes:

  • Your user account
  • Account and contact information
  • Controllers and related website data
  • Platform settings and stored content
  • Subscription-related information
  • Reports and audit data
  • In-app invoice records
  • Other information associated with the account

Make sure you have downloaded any information you still need before confirming the deletion.

Invoices after account deletion

Invoices will no longer be available inside SimplifyAccess after the account has been deleted.

When you require an invoice copy afterward, contact the SimplifyAccess support team.

An invoice copy can be requested for up to 12 months after account deletion. Processing usually takes up to 10 business days.

Provide enough information for the support team to locate the invoice, such as:

  • The previous account email address
  • Customer or company name
  • Approximate invoice date
  • Subscription or payment details
  • Invoice number, when available

Final confirmation

Only confirm account deletion when you are certain that the account and its related data are no longer needed.

Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are different actions. Cancel the subscription instead when you want to stop paid services but retain access to the account and previously generated invoices.
