One page, one central panel: The Page Details Panel brings accessibility findings, processing information, and alternative content together, helping you manage individual pages without leaving Site Workspace.
It opens as a side panel within the Workspace, allowing you to examine accessibility results, review generated content, and access page-specific information without leaving your current working area.
The panel is organized into five tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Overview | Page information, processing status, and content availability |
| Accessibility Audit | Accessibility findings, affected elements, and recommendations |
| Simplified Content | Review and editing of simplified website content |
| Plain Language | Reading and editing of generated plain-language content |
| Transcriptions | Available video transcription results |
These tabs bring together the information and tools needed to manage the accessibility of an individual page.

1. Opening the Page Details Panel
In the pages list (Site Workspace), you can open the details panel in two ways:
- Click the page title directly.
- Open the page's three-dot context menu and select Open Details.
The panel opens on the right side of the Workspace, with the selected page's title displayed at the top.
You can switch between its five tabs using the navigation buttons beneath the title.
To return to the main Workspace, close the panel using the X button in the upper-right corner.
2. Overview — Page Information and Status
The Overview tab provides a summary of the selected page's current condition.
It displays processing status, overall completion, accessibility results, and the availability of alternative content.
Individual cards summarize content extraction, accessibility, language alternatives, and media. Additional sections provide page information, processing details, and relevant timestamps.
Processing completion and accessibility status are separate indicators. A page can be fully processed while still containing accessibility problems that require attention.
For a closer explanation, see the upcoming guide Understanding the Page Overview Tab.
3. Accessibility Audit — Findings and Recommendations
The Accessibility Audit tab contains the page's detailed automated accessibility assessment.
It presents the audit score, detected errors, affected elements, and relevant accessibility risks.
Where issues are identified, SimplifyAccess provides explanations, priority indicators, and practical recommendations. Depending on the finding, additional technical information and affected elements can be inspected.
The tab also distinguishes between failed and successfully passed checks.
For more information, see the upcoming guide Understanding the Accessibility Audit Tab.

4. Simplified Content — Alternative Content Management
The Simplified Content tab provides access to simplified versions of the page's extracted text.
You can compare original content with its generated alternative, review individual text sections, and make adjustments where necessary.
This helps ensure that simplified content remains understandable and accurately reflects the original information.
Publication of alternative content depends on the controller's automatic publication or review settings.
For detailed instructions, see the upcoming guide Understanding the Simplified Content Editor.
5. Plain Language — Reading and Editing
The Plain Language tab displays a version of the page's content rewritten in simpler, more accessible language.
Its reading mode presents the generated result as continuous text.
Selecting Edit opens a structured editor where individual text blocks can be reviewed and adjusted.
This allows content editors to refine wording while maintaining control over the information being communicated.
For more information, see the upcoming guide Understanding the Plain Language Editor.
6. Transcriptions — Media Content
The Transcriptions tab provides access to available transcription results for supported video content found on the selected page.
Transcriptions make spoken information available in text form, supporting visitors who cannot access the original audio.
If no relevant media has been detected or processed, transcription results may not be available.
For further details, see the upcoming guide Understanding the Video Transcription Viewer.
7. Understanding the Available Information
Not every page will have information available in all five tabs.
The content displayed depends on the page's characteristics, completed processing operations, and the features included in your subscription.
For example, a page without video content may have no transcription results, while a newly discovered page may still be waiting for its accessibility audit.
The Overview tab provides a convenient starting point for checking which results are already available before exploring the other tabs.
